  I used Mutual Savings to finance a land purchase. The rates were competitive but the reason that I chose them was because their service and responsiveness were outstanding They have maintained that same high level of servcie for the duration of the loan and I highly recommend them for all you banking needs.

  We have been customers with MSA ever since we bought our first home in 1975-yep that far back-and every home since then has been financed with MSA and there have been many homes since 1975. We appreciate the hometown feel, the first rate customer service we have always received and the continued care we still receive. BTW: Our loans were NEVER sold to another lender a significant plus. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

  We love this hometown bank in Leavenworth, Kansas. They worked with us to finance a rental property project with a construction loan that they later converted to a conventional loan. Friendly faces and great customer service.

  I closed the refinancing of my mortgage yesterday with Dru Wheatcroft and Mutual Savings. Things came up during the process as they always do, but Dru and the Mutual team handled them seamlessly. I can't imagine how much more I could get done if everyone I did business with delivered their level of service.

  MSA has a friendly and knowledgeable bank staff in addition to a flexible and valuable mortgage loan department. We closed on our loan after hours and offsite. When I have questions on my loan (who doesn’t?) I get a quick answer from local employee at the main office since they keep the servicing for the life of the loan. That’s rare 5 star service in my opinion that you can’t find anywhere else. On top of all that, FSI manages our insurance needs as conveniently and as affordable as possible. MSA is an extremely valuable resource as a consumer!
