  Mandee was able to clearly explain the loan process as this was our first purchase. I can say that she made us very comfortable with our decision of using Mutual Savings Association. Both of us work during the day and it's very hard to get away unless it's for a short lunch and Mandee was able to meet us at our convenience to sign the documents for our loan.   My name is Joe Francis and my wife and I recently went through Mandee at MSA for lending on our new home. Mandee was excellent through every phase of the process and explained everything in detail. Purchasing a new home is a beyond stressful experience with all that goes in to it, however, Mandee minimized the stress significantly. She is friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and has a way of making complex documentation easy to understand. Anytime we had a question, someone was available to answer it. I can say we would have zero hesitation going back through MSA and Mandee again if a situation arose where a company like MSA would be involved. We were so grateful to have an asset like her on our side from start to finish!

  Mandee did an amazing job with helping my husband and I on our loan process for building a new home. She is more than willing to answer questions and even did a lot of it while she was “off the clock”. We were busy moving one day so she drove to where WE were to get papers from us so we didn’t have to stop what we were doing. That’s customer service! Which we appreciated so much! Her assistant, Jennifer, also went out of her way to get documents to us and drove to meet us another day. They both made the process quick and painless. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone!
