  When I decided to research a reverse mortgage for my situation I requested proposals from several agencies both local & nation wide. After going back and forth with several I found Mutual of Omaha offered me the best terms and provided exactly what I was hoping for. The agents I worked were very polite, curtious and informative. They answered all my questions in a manner the I understood and the final product was exactly as proposed. I am very happy that I chose to go with Mutual of Omaha.

  I worked with Bob Peterson and the M of O group on a HECM loan for my aging mother. This was the perfect fit for my mother and her situation. Bob and the team were very responsive and made the loan very affordable. I would strongly recommend Bob and Mutual of Omaha for anyone that is considering a reverse mortgage.

  We just finished our closing on a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage [HECM] or better known as a Reverse Mortgage, with Mutual of Omaha. Peter Tourigny was the loan officer who handled our loan from start to finish. One of my major gripes with dealing with companies online is how hard it is to get them to give straight answers and return emails in a timely manner. This was not the case with Peter. I have a hearing impairment and prefer to do all my dealings via email. I must have sent Peter 15 to 20 emails throughout this loan adventure and Peter almost always answered me within an hour or so. I never had to wait days for an answer. Also, Peter never tried to sell me on any one item. He would explain the pros and cons of each loan available and let me decide on the path that best suited my financial needs. I would highly recommend Mutual of Omaha and especially Peter Tourigny.

  I would highly recommend Mr Peter Tourigny and his Team . They closed my mortgage loan very quickly and with a smooth running process . When done they had saved me $30 k per year in mortgage payments and a big cash out check too. The whole process was a ‘ breeze’. The entire team was first class , commutative , professional , cordial and serving my best interests . I have had many mortgages in my life, but this was the absolute best experience for me .
