  I'm honestly so disheartened by my experience with this credit union. I've been paying a lot of fees unbeknownst to me for YEARS. Please do not trust this credit union with your money. *since I can't respond below, yes I closed out my other accounts so I unfortunately still have a loan through Muskegon Co-op FCU... On top of my previous experience, the branch manager from the Laketon address is so incredibly unprofessional and rude. What a God awful place.

  Hailey, I'm sorry if you had a bad experience. Are you sure it was Muskegon Co-op FCU? I'm not showing that you were a member here. We are sometimes confused with another credit union.

  Teriable customer service. web site and app are sooo confusing.. Impossible to have money direct deposited without a Hassel, and no one knows how to help you..they also don't care to keep you as a customer.. go somewhere else!

  My family was having rough time obtain document for my families caseworker, and Melissa Adams and staff went above and beyond to get this done on short notice. I really appreciate the great Customer Service that we received!! I am forever thankful for Mukegon Co-Op Federal Credit Union’s service! Kudos & Way to go Melissa Adams and staff!!!

  Muskegon Co-op Federal Credit Union has been around for 3 generations in my family. They have helped in hard and happy times. I'll never go back to a bank. Thank you!

  Seriously, they're terrible. Worst credit union I've ever dealt with. We are refinancing our loan through another bank so we don't have to deal with them.

  If I could give no stars I would. Horrible place to bank and work. High ups are unforgiving and extremely inflexible. Severe limits on withdrawing money from your account without notice - its absolutely absurd.

  Online Payment options don't work, get excessive undisclosed charges, and they don't send emails or letters resolving these issues after bringing them up.

  This place is a joke if i could give it zero stars i would. have been a membee for years, yesterday was the second time they have kept me from accessing my money, apparently they will only allow me to have a certain amount of my own money per day without asking them twenty four hours in advance for permission to spend my own money. Do yourself a favor and find another place to bank with
