      I came in today for my first time at this branch to refinance a loan. I got lucky enough to have Matt as my rep who helped me through the process. He went ABOVE and beyond my expectations to explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and did an amazing job at helping me! I'm not sure ill go to any other MSUFCU branches! 10/10 recommend this branch and request Matt :) This guy deserves a raise!

      I'll never need another credit union. MSUFCU is very professional. Their website and phone app are both very user friendly. When it comes to loans, they will give you a chance. They have helped me improve my credit score as well.

      When are you going to open the lobbys? It would be great to sit down with someone in-house to talk about a lot of my business. The loyalty of the alums is being tested.
