  I got my first car loan through LAFCU and so far so good. I had no credit history but was able to provide a larger down payment, I also love their mobile banking app. It makes making my car payments so easy!

  I had a car loan through them. Paid it off and still had money in my account. Turns out they randomly started taking 6 a quarter at the end of last year and 6 bucks a month starting this year until they took all my money and then closed my account. A respectable institution would send you a check for your overpayment not just steal your money until there is none left. DONT TRUST THEM! Way better banks and credit unions out there that will not steal your money!

  This is my favorite lafcu branch. Lafcu isn’t my favorite to bank with, I prefer msufcu but I still do some banking with lafcu and find this branch is the friendliest and fastest. I always know it will be quick, and the tellers are great.

  Truly my Credit Union for Life. Never have I had such positive experiences with a bank. Time and time again, they come through with helpful, friendly service with a smile. Ive been an extremely satisfied and happy customer for over 20 years.

  I have been a member of LAFCU for many years. I like LAFCU because they will help you whenever you need it. I had some financial issues a while back and they worked with me to get back in good financial standing. They are always kind and helpful. I worked with one of the service reps for a long time but she retired. I am looking forward to establishing another great relationship with another representative. LAFCU is an all around great place to bank and I wouldn't go anywhere else

  I have been with LAFCU since 2001 and have been relatively happy with their service....until today. After spending an extensive amount of time on hold (thru multiple phone calls) trying to set up the appointment and all parties had arrived at the south Lansing branch we were greeted by a very rude man who explained that ALL signees had to be LAFCU members. (I have used their notary service in the past without all signees being members and one of thw members of our party had been at the same branch for the same purpose a week prior without being a member). He made it quite obvious our business there was NOT appreciated or wanted. Not only did this episode cost Lafcu a couple new members...I will be at my local branch tomorrow to close my account.

  LAFCU Keystone are liars on top of stealing from a widow…..shame shame on them…a car loan that was to be paid off with passing was not.. the car lot made an error…but going into the bank and double checking that we had insurance on ALL our loan we was told yes…. After the passing of a loved one the manager very rude man said basically “sorry for your loss” TOO BAD…nice way to treat a widow and they plainly seen that all other loans taken out had insurance on them… why in the World wouldn’t insurance be on the last loan.. that being said…they lie when they say “sorry you had a bad experience someone will call you”. NOPE never tried it’s just their automated response they could care less again SHAME ON THEM

  Applied for my first auto loan through LAFCU and got approved with low credit. Good place to go through to a any kind of loan. steady job with stable income, and a decent credit history and your good to go. I would recommend LAFCU for first timers, or anyone.

  I opened a checking and savings account a couple years ago. Deposited a few hundred dollars, nothing big. I have had issues last year depositing money with my ATM card, so I just let the account sit. Turns out there is a $6 per month inactivity fee. Looks like I have lost about $84 in fee's. Good thing I noticed before the stole all of it.

  I have been a member for over 25 years and I have always been satisfied with the service I received at this branch. The Keystone branch has been primary location, but the other locations has mirrored the same service. A good place to grow your savings and manage your finances.
