The bankers always go above and beyond to take care of me and even advise for my long term goals. The tellers are fun and always remember my name. Would definitely suggest using this Bank!

Sparty1To say that there rude would be a freaking understatement that branch treats you awful, there unprofessional and unwilling to work with people with out a big bank account. I wrote a letter to there office in Cincinnati that explains my whole situation and that they should be embarrassed that they allow a branch with people that behave like that to represent 5/3rd

Ahmed Sufyan1Only reason I'm giving them even 1 star is because of Kelsea who is extremely helpful. During my visit today, the staff were extremely rude in particular the pregnant woman chanting "what does he want!?" In the rudest way possible to her coworker... I'm very disappointed expected more out of fifth/third will be changing banks soon!

Samiha Bandeally1It's covid season. Went to bank yesterday. Rep had a glass divider but didn't use it. Rep had a mask but wasn't covering face. Had to go to Chase right after, they use dividers and masks. If you're concerned about safety and your health, then this place does not take or enforce precautionary measures for their staff.

지나가는아저씨1Here's what I've experienced for 2 months. 1. On the first day, they failed to create my password. So, I need to wait until the arrival of debit card. 2. There're so many glitches linking my account name and bank account making me logging in with debit card number several days. 3. They locked out my account login with account name without no reason. What makes it more weird, I could still log in with my debit card number. 4. They didn't allow me to transfer my money from savings to checking saying security reason. I called them and they explained for the first 30 days I can't transfer money even within the same bank and same account holder! They didn't explained it when I'm opening an account. 5. Mobile app integrity is horrible. All the sudden, they asked me to add security questions, which are good for my security. Whenever I try to move to the next question slot, the slots are disappearing! Also, they only ask when I'm logging in with my smartphone, not with web browser! 6. I emailed through the secured message center, and got replied that the email address I used is not of the account holder. IT'S SECURED MESSAGE CENTER! 7. I'm closing my account anyway.
