  I first met David in 2005 and he worked with me on getting me my mortgage. It was a pleasure to work with David. Fast forward to 2021 I was approached by a different mortgage lender on refinancing my mortgage. It did not work out with that lender I was strung along. I reached out to David. One thing I do remember from working with David in 2005 he said all I want from you is to be a customer for life. David is a man of his words. David did get me a refinance at a lower rate and lower payment. David is a true professional. I want to say thank you to David, Elaine and the whole team for what you guys done for me. If you are in need of a mortgage David is the man to go to. He works for you and with you on walking you through all the steps. A true professional at his craft.   David explained thoroughly what to expect and was able to get me an amazing rate. He and Elaine worked together as a team to get approval earlier than expected, which allowed me to move up the closing on my new home. I will be recommending MSImortgage to anyone who is looking for a mortgage.

  My husband and I just refinanced our mortgage using MSI Mortgage and the process was a breeze. David Swanson spent nearly 2 hours over zoom with us initially to discuss the best possible outcome for our refinance and to explain the different options we had. He was very through and paid extra care to ensure the financials were explained and understood by all parties. Working with both David and Sara, his associate, was incredibly easy and quick. We heard of MSI through a friend referral and are eternally grateful. We’ll be saving hundreds on our monthly mortgage payments and even walked away with money at the closing. Would definitely recommend MSI and David’s services specifically to anyone interested in refinancing!

  Save yourself alot of headache and choose Dave at MSI mortgage. My wife and I have chosen him 3 times for purchases of new homes and also refinancing when rates dropped. He always finds the best rates and terms for our loans. He is timely and responsive. He makes the process convenient. He can explain the process in simple terms. His experience and knowledge will give you an edge. We’ve always been ready to close well in advance of our dates. We recommend him to everyone.
