Amy Robbins Is a very intelligent, energetic, and positive minded realtor. When it came time to sell our home, she got the job done for us when nobody else could.   Had a wonderful realtor working with Moxy then all of the sudden she was released right in the middle of our purchase. This did not really affect us or the purchase of our home. However the owner said that it was her having to downsize, right afterwards she introduced a new realtor. Bad business in my mind and a huge loss on her end. My realtor is absolutely wonderful and quite frankly the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Find someone else if at all possible!

  Recently purchased a home with Moxy and it was a great first home buying experience!!! I highly recommend Morgan Hanson. She was phenomenal in every aspect of my home buying experience. Weather it's buying or selling I will definately use Moxy Realty and Morgan Hanson again!!!

  Having been raised in Carter, my husband and I were looking to make the move from Colorado Springs to Elk City. While looking at homes, online, we came across Moxy and fortunately met Mark. Now, home buying is stressful and not an easy process when you live close to where you are moving too, but with us being 600 miles away, Mark had his work cut out for him. Over the course of a few months we visited homes and revisited some of those homes... all the while Mark on the ground helping lead us in the direction we wanted to go. We finally found our home, made an offer and called Mark freaking out... on more then one occasion. He was always supportive and calming and beyond willing to help find the information we needed.   They purposely list their houses at a really low price so they can attract many people and start bidding wars. If you tell them you'll take the house for the price listed then they will wait for multiple offers and you will not get the house unless you outbid the other offers. POS's.
