  Working with Nicole was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we submitted our application, she was with us every step of the way. She was very responsive and always willing to answer any questions that may have come up! She was able to get us our pre-approval for not only Illinois, but Indiana as well to expand our options in a matter of days! When we we finally found our perfect home, she was there guiding us and telling us about each step in the process!   Nicole is the best! She was very dedicated and determined to get my deal done in the expeditious manner i needed. i called and text during off ours and while she was on vacation but she still responded and still reassured me that this would happen and 30 days from the time she ran me and got me pre-approved i was walking into my home. i thank her wholeheartedly for making my dream ...my reality
