  I am a first time home buyer. Rollin and his team made the process of buying my family's first house a wonderful and memorable experience for my family. From the start, he was invested in making sure I knew he was available for any and all questions, advice and useful insight needed. My loan was processed by Alisha and together they helped close the books on my new home. Much like Rollin, Alisha was able to accommodate all questions and concerns along the way. The team was often immediately responsive to my emails, call or texts. There's a lot of value in knowing that this team is able to guide a first time home buyer through what I assumed would be a very stressful process.   Couldn't say enough good things about this company! Honestly the most caring and determined lenders I have ever used and now this is my 6th home. So after receiving a Pre/approval from my credit union, I always get three quotes. Motto not only crushed the competition on costs and rates, but their constant communication and insights were world class. Save yourself the hassle from others, and don't let your other lenders say "They can't help"! Thank you so very much, forever grateful

  Worst experience of my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Company never got back to me I had to call multiple times to get an answer. Not only did it take five months to TRY to get the loan for my home they "lost" my information. Would be told one thing then the exact opposite the next day. I ended up dropping them. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company.

After reviewing we found no records of your acceptance or even a application, unfortunately there are requirements that must be met before we can provide service.
