  I had a fantastic experience with Motorcars Toyota, the whole team of people I worked with went above and beyond to help me lease my first car! Not to mention Tone Morson, who was the first sales member I had the privilege of working with, and who stayed with me through the whole process. He made the leasing process a much more enjoyable (and less stressful) experience. Make sure to ask for him!

  Had to do some major repairs on my scion xa 2006, normally I got to Classic Toyota but decided to try here since I now live in the area. Faye did an excellent job assisting me with my vehicle. She kept me informed and worked to get me the best deal. Would definitely work with her again.

  My car was totaled a month ago and I did not know where to start finding another car so I posted it on my neighborhood site. A wonderful woman replied that she worked for Motorcars, said she would talk with her boss to see what they had, asked what I was looking for, price range, etc. She sent me info on several used cars so I could see about them and asked me to choose a few that I would want to come in and see. Pat, a really great saleswoman greeted me when I got there, had gotten a couple of the ones I mentioned ready (tons of snow on them that week) to test out. I was not sure& had to think about a couple I tried. Pat called me the next day to check with me and had info on another car she thought I might be interested in. I went back a couple days later, tried it and one of the originals. The one I liked the best was a little newer and a little more $ than I had planned on. Both Pat and my neighbor tried to help with info on financing, etc. The manager even gave me a price break that brought it into my realm of possibility and the day I went back to work out the money and sign papers, I drove my new car home that night! I was surprised it was so quick and I so appreciate all the help these folks gave me. If not for the great people at Motorcars Toyota, I might still be looking. Thank you Pat, Brittany and all at Motorcars Toyota. PS I am not Sammy! Don't know why I cannot write my own review wi/out his name. I am Karyn Katzman

  Couldn't be happier with my Motorcars Toyota car buying experience. Jenny Brockway is the best! Quick responses to each and every email from day one. She made my first car buying experience in 11 years painless and fun! Will definitely recommend her and Motorcars to everyone I know!

  My buying experience at Motorcars Toyota was superb. Everyone was very professional from my salesperson to management. My salesperson, Syed Raza, was exceptional. His customer service was at an "Above and Beyond" level and it truly made this my best buying experience ever! As a result, I know I will be purchasing from Syed and Motorcars Toyota again and I have already been recommending them to friends and family. A+ all the way around!!!

  Had an agreement on price and I was constantly communicating on when to come to the dealership and take delivery of vehicle. Limited return communication, dealership then sold the vehicle prior to my arrival. I would not recommend working with this dealership.

  Hello Kevin. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, it is the nature of our business that every salesperson is in competition with every other salesperson, and they all work to sell every car. Without a deposit, any given vehicle is owned by whomever purchases first.

  Whenever I start shopping for a new car, I always go straight to Toyota. For my lst 3 leases I have gone to the cleveland heights location, knowing I am in trusting hands every time. They have always been so informative and helpful, never pressuring. My salesman was Ken Mack and he is always my go to guy, I have leased from him before and never regretted it. I know with Ken I get honesty, loyalty and most important no double talk, he tells me exactly how it is. He worked with me continuesly so when I walked out of there I got exactly what I wanted and I didn't have to settle. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of getting a new car to go visit Ken.

  The 2013 Toyota Corolla that I leased at Motorcars Toyota in Cleveland Heights is my first car. I really appreciated having Ken Mack there to help. He answered all my questions and provided me with more than enough information to make my decision. The whole process went quite smoothly thanks to him. He did a great job and I would recommend him to any and all future customers.

  I visited Motorcars today with my wife to take a look at the 2013 Corolla. We were confused about the purchase decision but KEN MACK took the time to help us out in taking the decision, by clarifying our concerns. The service we received from him was unparalleled.   Here's a success story for you... After experiencing a near disaster dealing with JD Byrider, which resulted in my returning the car within 3 days of the date of purchase, I visited Motorcars Honda and met Rich Klimkowski. What a difference !!! Rich's product knowledgeability, honesty, integrity and patience with my poor credit rating (to say the least) made my visit there enlightening and entirely worthwhile. Rich was set on selling me a car, after all, that's his job - but he accomplished it without pressure, misleading information, surprises in financial aspects, etc, as do many used cars personnel. Rich is a true professional who cares about the happiness and satisfaction of his customers. After almost being over-sold on a 2006 Mazda 6 with 110,000 miles, from the other guys, which would have cost me well over twice the value of the car after paying for a mandatory warranty on the vehicle and high interest, Rich sold me a beautiful 2011 Toyota Camry with only 5,100 miles and still under manufacturer's warranty. And I am completely happy with the price and financing. I ended up with the "pick of the litter" on the entire dealer's car lot. The bottom line - RICH MADE IT HAPPEN... Now, that's a success story.
