  Spring 2018 requested a repair for leaking flashing around a chimney on my Morton building. Never got a return call. Spring 2019 the chimney still leaks so I stopped in to the Cohasset location to again ask for repair. I was told the person to talk to was gone for the day but would be in touch with me. July 2019 and no call yet. The chimney doesn't leak badly so it's not an emergency situation. I would prefer Morton did the repair since they would most likely have the parts and expertise to repair their own building. I'm not asking for warranty work. I know they are busy, so I'm not asking they drop what they're doing for my little project or have someone work OT to do it. All I expected was a phone call with a yes we'll do it or no we can't but here's someone who can. What I got was ignored.

  Good solid company as far as I am concerned. I had them build my 42’x30 garage and it turned out great. Joe my sales guy was awesome, he went well above and beyond what I expected. Always answered phone calls and responded same day to answer any questions. The crew that built the garage were great also, good guys and vary professional.

  Have at least 100 screws missing the Perlins and leaks still haven’t been out too fix them after 8 months the screws on the wains coat looks like a heart beat just all around very poor craftsmanship

  Brent was on top of things! Communication was excellent and they did what they said they’d do on time and very professional

  What a joke of a company quit working here last month and put my two weeks and come too find out screwing me out of my pay thanks Morton buildings my family needed that money there’s so many jobs out there too make more money then at Morton buildings I make twice as much money and am home every night and when I worked there they cut corners a lot of them so the employees make extra money on their bonus system
