  I am very thankful to Joe Meadow for being able to get me in my home so quickly! He ran my VA loan through and we moved in less than 30 days! I had a lot of baggage and Joe and his team were wonderful to work with!

  I can’t say enough good things about Joe “Bear” Meadow and his assistant, Kristi. They made what was such a frustrating process, into an extremely easy and efficient process. I was working with another local lender for months and getting nowhere. They weren’t making any effort to make me or my home buying experience a priority and I missed out on a handful of houses that I’d loved to have put offers on because they wouldn’t get back to me with pre approval letters or actual numbers of what I qualified for. When the numbers finally did come through, I would update them with promotions at work and pay increases which somehow made my amount of money drop by $70,000. When brought to their attention, they simply told me that there was nothing they could do because I was a single father paying child support and the only option I had was to somehow workout a deal with my ex wife where I was paying her off the books and there was no record of me having to pay child support. Obviously that was nowhere close to being an option. We wasted 6 months with this company and finally decided to go another direction. Because I was using the VA loan, my realtor suggested I contact Joe Meadow and said he had a good reputation in the community for working with veterans. I thank God I did. Literally from the first phone call, he put me at ease and promised to take care of me. He followed through with that promise and within 3 days of working with him and his team, they had a pre approval letter in my hand for a much more realistic number that would allow me to get into a nice home in a good neighborhood so I could feel that my child and family will be safe and taken care of. I am sure Joe takes care of all of his customers but guys, if you are veterans who are using the VA loan, trust me and go with Joe and Kristi. They will work their tails off for you and you don’t have to worry about tracking them down or having to leave a bunch of messages begging for them to call you back. The process was so much more efficient and productive with them. This was the 4th house I’ve bought and by far the best service from a lender out of all of them. I highly suggest using Joe and he will be my lender from here on out.

  Let's face it, the mortgage and underwriting experience can be incredibly stressful, so there's much to be said for individuals who work diligently on your behalf. EVERY single step of the way, Josh Winn did a fantastic job. This was not my first home purchase, so I can say the level of attention, professionalism and sensitivity is unique to TJC Mortgage. With this group, you're not simply numbers or bank account transactions on a spreadsheet. Josh Winn & his team have set the bar - much higher in fact than I could have imagined through the process. Lenders don't have a role at the the table on closing day and with the busyness of the peak real estate season, I was floored when Josh walked through the door. He was there simply to tell me, "congratulations!"

  Deciding to go with this company for our mortgage was the worst decision my husband and I made. They are terrible with first time homeowners. They were recommended to me by a family member and they were disgusted to hear how we were treated as well as everything they messed up on for us. Beware and make sure you stay on top of them about everything.

  My wife and I just bought a new house using Joe from TJC as our mortgage originator. Joe is the best. Seriously. It was always easy to get in touch with either he or his assistant Kristi, even at inopportune times. Joe would call me while he was at his son’s baseball game or while sitting on the beach on vacation to talk me through mortgage questions. This man is passionate about his job and truly finds joy in helping others. We found ourselves in a time crunch between selling our old house and buying the new house which required an extremely quick turnaround time. Joe was able to process and close our loan in a little over two weeks. It was almost unbelievable at first, but he pulled it off with flying colors. Give him a call if you need a mortgage loan - you will be glad you did!

  My wife and I are very happy with the service we recieved from MortgageRight. We originally bought our home with TJC Mortgage and refinanced with MortgageRight powered by TJC. I would recommend MortgageRight to anyone family and friend. In fact my step daughter financed the purchase of her home. They are professional, courteous and kind. Would use them again.

  Ray was great! He made our process very fluid and fast. I was extremely pleased with the turnaround time and follow ups. He treated us like family. It's hard to find someone who cares like Ray Henderson!

  Being "self employed" has always made the Mortgage Application Process a complete hassle with other lenders in the past. However, I was AMAZED at how FAST & EASY the whole experience was with MortageRight...from the guidance from my loan officer Mark Moates to the timely communications from my loan processor Camie Funk. This resulted in a VERY quick process to my approval AND closing in under 30 days. Certainly I highly recommend MortgageRight to anyone looking to purchase a home OR like in my case, a ReFi to a lower rate!

  My realtor referred me to Josh Winn at TJC and he talked to me for a long time as we figured out how to get our family of four into our forvever home. We didn't have the perfect financial situation, but he worked with me to figure it out and make it work. We were able to get a conventional loan with a great interest rate and close in less than 30 days. I would recommend Josh to everyone I know. It was like having a friend in the mortgage business!
