  When deciding to refinance our home and pull some equity out, we knew just who to call to get the job done right, Mike Martell! He made the process easy and even enjoyable. He went over all our options, from conventional to FHA loans. Pulling equity out vs home improvement loans. Mike found the best plan of action that met our needs. He works around our schedule and guided us every step of the way. Mike is very knowledgeable and provided us with the tools we needed to close our refinance ASAP. He got us a lower home insurance payment and great home loan rate. We were able to sign our paperwork in the comfort of our own home. We will certainly continue to reach out to Mike for all our home loan needs.

  Mike was the perfect mortgage broker - he was responsive, resourceful, and reliable. He obtained a prequal letter for me within two hours! I would have not been able to purchase my house without his help. I definitely plan on using him for future home purchases, and you should too!

  I did my refinance through Mike. I never wanted to have to go through the refi process, having to turn in all the paperwork but had I known how easy it was going to be I would have done it much sooner! I have a busy schedule and so my time I had to contact Mike was crazy hours however he was always there to answer every question I had and was always willing to make sure I understood everything fully. The process was so smooth and he made it very easy. If there was a option for 10 stars I'd definitely give him all of them!! Thank you Mike for making my refinance so simple!

  This is the fourth home we've purchased. In the past, I always just went with whatever lender I was told to go with by my agent or the title company. This time started out the same. My agent referred me to a guy (guy #1) so I called him to get started. Now we weren't in a hurry because our home hadn't sold yet. So at some point it occurred to me that maybe I should get a second opinion on the rate I was being quoted because I'd heard that rates were much lower than this and he wanted me to pay points to bring it any lower. I called Wells Fargo which is who our current mortgage was with. They quoted me almost a full percentage point lower than guy #1 and said I didn't have to pay points! I started wondering if I was being ripped off by guy #1. Fast forward a month and things are moving on the sale of the old & purchase of the new, so its time to get serious. I'm talking to a real estate friend and telling him about WF coming in so much lower than the other guy. He tells me he just refinanced using an independent broker and suggests I call him. I did, but this guy wasn't licensed in Arizona so he said he'd find me a guy that was. He found me Michael Martell. I called Mike and we had a long conversation about him, how he does business and what he could do for me. It's at this point I'm finally cluing in to the fact that you actually need a GOOD Lender. This isn't just about someone getting me a loan, it's about being responsive and making sure that everything in the escrow / loan process happens in a timely manner. To screw this up could potentially be disastrous. Mike literally had a pre-approval letter for me within two hours of our phone call. I told my agent I was switching loan vendors and I sensed her dismay over me not using her guy but I shouldered on. Mike had me sold on both him and his process. AND his rate was a full percent lower than what the other guys wanted me to pay. I can honestly say this was the absolute best and easiest process I have ever been through in buying a home. Not only did we close on time, but Mike was responsive, detailed and attentive throughout. I'm also not the easiest to work with due to my anxiety and need for a clear cut plan and organization. I really can't recommend Mike enough. Go with him and I promise you won't be sorry!

  I can't express enough how impressed I am with Mike's integrity and focus on serving the customer above himself. He recently obtained a mortgage for me on a new home which closed before a prior home sold. When I reached out to him for a refi loan to fold the proceeds of the sale into a new mortgage, he went out of his way to explain that I would be better served with a loan recast - something I was not even aware existed. This saved me nearly 10 thousand dollars, but cost him the proceeds from a new loan. I will definitely look to Mike for future real estate financing needs and strongly recommend that you take advantage of Mike's services if you're looking for loan finiancing - he is someone you can trust to achieve the best deal possible for you!

  We have been talking about wanting to refinance our home but hesitant because we didn't know alot about it or who we could trust. Thank goodness our confusion lead us to Mike. He came to our house and went over all our options and explained everything in detail until we understood it. We picked the option that was best for us. Then my real challenge began. I'm not "skilled" on using the computer and/or emails. I was so nervous about all the documents which had to be "e-signed." I'm here to tell you how easy and simple the process was. The prompts told me exactly were to go and sign and if I did have questions Mike got back to me quickly and resolved anything I was unsure of. He made this so easy and "pain free" and he boosted my ego in the fact that I now feel confident doing so many other things via computer and emails! The whole process from beginning to end took about 3 weeks. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is considering refinancing.
