  David Setters fought through hell and high water to get my family into our first starter home. I can't imagine anyone else taking as much time or effort to get someone into a home as he did. Case in point, David was the first person working for me to send emails as late as one or two in the morning where he was still trying to get my mortgage approved. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone trying to get a mortgage. To top it off, he even managed to get me a better rate than what I was preapproved for through a bank. My family and I owe him more than we could ever repay him and I wish anyone trying to do a little better for their family could have someone as helpful, determined, and relentless as David in their corner. My family and my lives are better for having met David. Thank you.

  I recently bought a home in Kentucky. I moved from Boise Idaho and a friend referred me to a realtor in Louisville Ky, even though I had moved to northern Ky. Nevertheless I phoned him and he referred me to another agent where I lived and to Mike with Fidelity! I went through the home shopping process all the while my agent was recommending a finance person closer to home; but I stayed with Mike because he was so personable and so quick to respond to the many questions I had along the way! When my realtor had to reach out to him, she said "I've never had a finance person get back to me so promptly!" She was impressed and even though we were miles apart and I never met him in person, I couldn't have imagined a better mortgage person to help me muddle through this whole home buying thing! I HIGHLY recommend First Fidelity Mortgage and Mike!! I really can't say enough.

  My experience with First Fidelity Mortgage inc (FFM)was very impressive. Mr. Setter of FFM was very responsive, very efficient and very caring made the process of refinancing seamless to me. He managed all the hurdles through the process.I was referred to Mr. Setters by a family friend, I called this friend and thanked him big time for referring Mr. Setters to me.

  I worked with Dave Setters on a refinance of our mortgage. Mr. Setters provided first class service and we ended up with exactly what we were looking for. He took the time to look into many different options on rates and terms before finding us the best loan available.   Finding the correct group of professionals to guide us to our new home was a tremendous challenge. It is our pleasure to extend this review to all of you that will be entering into the market for a new home. After running into many disappointing professionals in the Louisville area we found David Setters’ Team. Working with David was a relief and reassuring experience. The experience with the process and his attentive service was incomparable. My mothers’ biggest challenge is her language barrier but, that was never an issue.
