  I cannot say enough positive things about Mortgage Trust! After not being able to use my local lender, Mortgage Trust very quickly agreed to work with me with a three-week turnaround before close (on an out-of-state sale)! Border, Calvin, Jen and Alisha were all amazing to work with!! They kept me updated daily and were an absolute pleasure to work with. By far the best lending experience I’ve EVER had.   I’ve had the pleasure of being one of Mortgage Trust’s repeat customers. This company always provides me with the lowest interest rate and fees and the fastest closing. They genuinely care about their clients and have devoted their company to serving the local community and customers. Jennifer and Calvin and their entire team have gone above and beyond to ensure the entire process has been fast and effortless on our part. The mortgage process with Mortgage Trust is painless and efficient. Each time, I have been told exactly what is needed on my behalf and have even been able to upload documents electronically, making it possible to buy our home from out of town. At all times, they have remained gracious, kind, and extremely professional. Jennifer is knowledgeable and clearly has years of experience in the industry. She explains things clearly and patiently. She is a local lender who knows the surrounding market extremely well, as well as anyone involved in facilitating new homeowners. The Mortgage Trust team went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions and I cannot recommend them enough. My family has been blessed by their generosity and I know they will do the same for any of their clients.   The service and communication at Mortgage Trust is absolutely fantastic. I have closed a FHA, Refinance, and a Conventional Loan with Mortgage Trust and they have made the process as easy as possible. Nothing beats working with a lender that is local and gets back to your questions within the same business day. Highly recommend!

  Amazing experience, fast and professional. Able to explain details and made me feel like the customer and not just some person trying to save money on a refi. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting an intelligent, fast and good deal refi. As a VA refi client, prior military I’d recommend them to any Service Member because of their integrity and Pat Attention to Detail(s). Great job Mortgage Trust!!!!

  Amber, Jennifer and the team gave us nothing but exceptional service! My family and I had to find a home in a shorter-than-average amount of time as I was separating from the military.
