  My wife and I recently worked with Wes Salter to secure a mortgage and purchase a home. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and professional. Wes took the time to explain in detail what was coming, what each document was, and also contributed his knowledge and expertise to help us though the process in a friendly and consultative way. He was highly accessible throughout the process and answered every question I had no matter how small. When we closed, I knew exactly what was in each document we were signing, we were comfortable with it, and there were zero surprises and it made the mortgage qualification and close quick, smooth, and comfortable with no surprises.   Wes and the MS team were very helpful as we navigated through the re-finance process. It was a bit tricky as our home is manufactured, but the team was helpful in answering our questions, providing an understanding of the laws, and worked around our schedule, when needed. Re-financing is a stressful process, but was lessened after working with team. I would recommend to others. Thanks, MS Team!

We actually first spoke to him over a year and a half before our first purchase, to get guidance and education on our options. Regular check-ins continued to take place until we finally were able to find our dream home and to make a successful offer.   Wes and the team at Mortgage Solutions are excellent to work with and I highly recommend. Wes jumped in after we had issues with an out of state lender and had to pivot. Wes put together our loan on a very tight time frame, walking us through the process and answering all of our questions as they arose.   I would give more stars if I could. Wes was incredibly helpful and informative from our first call to signing. I always hear nightmare stories of getting into the housing market, and luckily we had such a smooth experience and Wes was a big part of that.
