  I want to thank Andrea Picano for the great Job she did helping us refinance our home. she was very professional , informative, responded back to us in a timely fashion , answered all my questions so that I could understand the process every step of the way. She made me feel comfortable with the process and that helped a lot. thank you Andrea for all that you did for us... !!!!

  Community first credit Union, Napa branch . Going into community first credit Union is always a pleasure. Remember customer service? With customer service virtually dead at this point, associates Miriam and Jenene are absolute role models of what customer service should be. Always sincerely happy to see you, get to know you as a person, and go above and beyond to help you out with any needs you may have. Never on their phone, looking at their watch, looking like they’d rather be somewhere else. This is my favorite little bank and would recommend the Napa branch and this bank as a whole.

  Unreasonably helpful and friendly. Can't imagine why I'd need to stay with my bank much longer after opening another account here. I needed a medallion signature guarantee stamp for an account transfer and I physically went into almost every bank in Napa, 6 of them (including Wells Fargo where I've been a member for nearly 30 years), and nobody would help me. So I started going to credit unions, 4 of them, and CFCU is the only one that offered to open an account for me and not make me wait 9-12 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴 to get my transaction done. So far I'm very impressed.

  I recently had a work related accident that caused me to receive reduced pay & I had a large balance credit card that was becoming increasingly difficult to pay. I first met with Miriam Guillen at the Napa branch & she was able to submit an application for me for a personal loan. The process was quick & easy & she made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I was quickly notified by Miriam that a personal loan was possible but unfortunately it was not enough to solve my problem & therefore I had to decline. She had also mentioned that another possible option was to refinance my car loan that I already had with Community First once 12 payments had been made. I was one away at the time so I waited until that was done & returned to the Napa branch to inquire about this second possible option. Miriam was not available at the time I returned & I instead met with Jenene Williamson & discussed what Miriam had told me. Jenene quickly got to work, put together the new application & got it submitted. She said she would update me on the status & to my shock & surprise, that same afternoon she contacted me with the good news that I had been approved & I just needed to submit a couple of items & she’d get it finished up. Since it was Friday evening, I told her I would stop in on Monday with the necessary items & sign anything she needed signed. On the following Monday, I did just that & again to my shock & surprise, she was able to complete everything while I was there & cut the check for me immediately! I’m very pleased with your employees & your company & how the local Napa branch takes care of their customers. Thank you to all of your team!

  Using CFCU was a breeze. I’ve had the best experience. Jenene was a huge help and very efficient. So glad I chose CFCU! Highly recommend.

  Andrea and her team at CFCU were helpful and informative through the entire process. She provided guidance and information as needed to navigate a largely remote effort and was mindful of the challenges presented by doing this during a pandemic. We appreciate her attention to detail and would definitely recommend her services!

  Community credit union is the epitome of small town service. Every time I go inside the branch I am greeted by name and when I leave am told goodbye have a good day. Recently had big financial business at the branch in Napa and everyone I worked with through the transaction was super helpful. Andrea Picano was available at all times to answer all my questions and was a tremendous help.

  Andrea Picano and Chandra Brouillette helped me with multiple complicated refinances. They were responsive, knowledgeable, persevering and saw the transactions through the difficult holiday season when many other offices are closed. My transactions were small, but they still treated me like a millionaire! Whenever there was an obstacle they pushed through it! They were also very kind and patient with me and my lack of computer skills. If you are looking for someone friendly, but not weak. Smart but not arrogant. And hard working but still fun, you should try Andrea Picano and Chandra Brouillette.

  Jenene treats customers like she's their best friend & is so welcoming from the moment they enter the room. She'll remember your name & all you share from the prior visit. She's so efficient, you'll be surprised she finished the transaction so quickly while you chat. She will go above and beyond common service to help. It's rare to encounter one like her. She gives community first a shining star .

  I have been banking CFCU Napa branch for several years now. Every time I come in to the branch I’m greeted with a warm hello and smiles from all the staff. They have helped my sons take care of any of their account needs also. Most recently I have refinanced a loan I already had with the credit union. The transaction was smooth, easy and seamless. Jenene was so helpful to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and complete my refinance. When friends and family are looking for a new financial institution my first recommendation is CFCU Napa.
