  If I could give them zero stars, I would..... My mom bought her house in November and went through Mortgage Solutions. Since then, her payments are being cashed by Mortgage Solutions before due date but the payments aren't being applied to her account. She keeps getting phone calls about missed payments and that she is going to be sent to collections but yet she has proof her checks were cashed. Nobody can seem to help her and she just keeps getting passed from one person to another. We will never recommend this company to anyone looking to finance their house.

  We loved working with Caleb at Mortgage Solutions. He was absolutely wonderful. He answer ALL of my questions (trust me I have PLENTY) and always got back to us with all the information needed. He was very knowledgeable about everything and he always made sure we were in the know of every step and next step! This made us very comfortable. I am very glad that we had such a smooth and quick experience with him assisting us! He will mos def be getting our fam/friends referrals moving forward!!

  Robert Stern and his team provided my husband and I with extraordinary customer service. My experience trying to buy a home have been very difficult and tedious with an end result of being denied. However, Mortgage Solutions turned all the negatives into positives; they delivered! Robert kept his word, answered my calls (even after hours), he was knowledgeable, and so professional. We CLOSED DECEMBER 30th, the day he originally set for us and he got us more than what we expected in assistance from the State of Texas. I'll recommend this Company to anyone, definitely deserves five stars!

  I just want to say that our entire team of experts were there to assist from day one! They were all so helpful, and eager to assist. Now, we did have our mortgage broker Robert who was awesome!
