  Mark Harcrow has been a terrific resource for mortgage lending. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. My daughter and her husband financed a home with him about two years ago, and when they decided to buy another home there was no hesitation to go right back to Mark for this home loan as well. Mark goes above and beyond in his service in working with the realtors, escrow company and others involved in the process. Mark understands the competitive nature of the market and reached out to the realtors involved to assure them that the buyers would indeed be able to obtain the financing they were offering. He has the resources to obtain very competitive interest rates and the wherewithal to make deals close when they are scheduled. Everyone involved in the transaction was pleased with Mark individually and the service that his company provided. We would strongly recommend him/them to anyone looking to finance or refinance a home loan in Texas.

  Mark got my refi closed within 30 days at a great interest rate where other lenders I spoke to could not close in less than 60 days with the current market. They also could not beat the great interest rate Mark quoted. He was attentive to my questions and walked me through everything so that I felt comfortable. Thanks for a great experience Mark!

  If I could give 0 stars I would, Marc took all of our information a few weeks ago...pull our credit and caused a hard inquiry only for us not to hear anything back from him. I have called numerous times and left messages as well. I was straight front with him and instead of him saying he’d rather not bother he pulled our credit in which I plan to dispute due to non response! Response: Me calling constantly and leaving messages is not debatable , it’s a fact. I never received any phone call or email from you, I check my spam and empty it on a regular basis. The service I received was very unprofessional and there’s no need to send a denial letter now that I have decided to leave a review. How are you going to send me a denial letter when I never filled out an application? You told to me give you my information and you will let me know what work needs to be done to get approved. You took my information and said you would give me a call the same day. Weeks went by and I got nothing, it’s no excuse and it’s unprofessional...simple as that! Now if it makes you feel better to send a denial letter for an application that has never been filled out then go right ahead!

  Ashley we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations. As you know you got a lot going on & it's going to take time. Lets be real. I pulled your credit, w your approval, on my day off. I told you its gonna take time. You left me 1 vm. I emailed you later that evening and told you I was working on trying to figure out a way to help you. But I did give you advice. The credit was $39. All the scenerios ran for you were another $45. I didn't ask any money from you to do this. Check your spam/junk email. Read the email follow it 100% & give it 6 months. Sending your denial letter in the morning as of right we can't extend lending. The details will be in thr denial letter. Best wishes & Good luck!
