  Jeff and his team at Mortgage Resource Group were a fantastic resources as my wife and I navigated the home buying process for the first time. Jeff was thoughtful, patient, expert, and most importantly, kind. There was never a moment where I felt that I couldn't ask a question or try to obtain additional information. Jeff has now also walked us through a refinance of our current mortgage, and I'm so glad we've stuck with him and Mortgage Resource Group. They are truly incredible assets in the home buying experience.

  I've gone through one home purchase in Tennessee, a 2nd Mortgage in Tennessee and a refinance in Florida with Mortgage Resource Group. They have been nothing but amazing. I've purchased a few other homes with other mortgage brokers but have never felt more comfortable with a broker before. Jeff is a straight shooter, is honest and will tell you what is needed to get whatever you are doing done. When I have questions he answers them so that I understand. I can't recommend this company enough!

  My wife and I just closed on our first home today with the help of Jeff Magee and the team at Mortgage Resource Group. Jeff was always available with kindness and wisdom to answer any of our questions and set us in the right direction. Even very early on in the process we were given great options and never felt pressured. We were given the space to make our decisions and are very happy with our rate.   Jeff Magee was absolutely incredible to work with and did an outstanding job on our refinancing. With the Covid-19 impact on global finances, Jeff was not only able to address the added challenges of completing our refinance, but did so very quickly. Our savings are immense.   When we lived in Illinois, we worked with Mortgage Resource Group several times--yes, they're so good we'd used them whenever we were buying or refinancing. Well, funny thing. We move to Florida and are readying ourselves to do some massive home improvement work and to our utter delight, MRG is licensed in Florida! Jeff Magee came through with flying colors with a very competitive rate and super turnaround. And believe it: Within 1 month we closed and received our funds--and Jeff and his team achieved this despite the craziness of a world turned upside down. I can't recommend MRG highly enough.

  At first, getting a mortgage was a little nerve-racking for me, until I decided to use Jeff Magee at Mortgage Resource Group. I know a number of people who have used him and were completely satisfied, he has been in the business for decades, and I knew he was someone I could trust. He made the process simple and painless, answered my 100 million questions with care and guided me through the process each step of the way. (I had used another mortgage broker when I purchased a condo in Florida who had given me a hard time and told me to "stop making the process complicated" when I asked questions to ensure the everything was going the way I wanted, so working with Jeff was a breath of fresh air!) I encourage anyone looking for a mortgage to check out this company. Nothing replaces having a live, professional, trustworthy person that you count on when going through the mortgage process.

  Scott Webster was helpful responding to questions, but NOT very helpful in securing the best rate for us. All the way up to closing, he put me off trying to get a lower interest rate, saying there was no way he or the lender could do it. He told us after closing to come back in to see if he could get us a lower rate....be wary of this tactic as he's just putting you off. I should have backed out and found a better lender, but I didn't. So, I'll clear my worries and tell you not to use Scott or the mortgage resource group. You can do better elsewhere.

  Having trouble getting the proper loan contact Bill Skutta. He will is fast at resolving any issues. Couldnt of done it without Bill!
