  Okay, let me start off by saying me and my wife had no knowledge of anything, and we both doubted our finances. Mark, the owner of this company was introduced to me by my real estate agent Valerie W. We started talking late January as we were planning on selling our home and buying a new one. Mark wanted to gather all of our info. Income, statements, letters and pretty much put together everything we make. Even if our finances look a bit wild. Mark and his colleagues has made purchasing a home very easy and very smooth. I have always tried to be involved as much as possible with everything. Mark gave us the family treatment and assured us we will get a home within a few months depending on us. The process is very easy. Very secured. Even with a super busy work schedule, he even traveled to me to grab a few things for employment verification. I have not read his reviews or anything and everything has been a first hand experience for us. Every person we have met has been so kind to us. I am 100% sure we will not be where we are right now if it has not been the effort of Mark and Rebekah of MPG. All I gotta say is be patient and let them know what you need and they will make sure to get you where you need to be. Many thanks to Mark and Rebekah. You guys are amazing and truly the best.

  11/10 recommend Paige! She was so kind and wonderful to work with. Buying a home is so scary and has so much to go with it. I had a ton of questions and she shown so much patience while answering them. She was always on top of things and was so quick to respond and take care of details. You will be in good hands with her!

  World class service and extremely knowledgeable mortgage group by far! My loan agent, Rebekah, was extremely patient despite the hurdles we've had to overcome during the approval process. Mark was also an absolute gem to work with. It's so rare to see such an involved and hands-on business owner. He kept us informed, addressed any questions/concerns and stepped in to assist any escalations that arose. Both Rebekah and Mark helped us close right on the projected closing date despite the unexpected issues that arose. If you're in the market to purchase a home/property, I definitely recommend this mortgage planning group. I am confident they will help you reach your homeownership goals.

  Not too long of a review here but my main contact was with Paige, also had Mark sit in on a few calls and in addition to helping resolve some last minute panic questions with the closing costs he was even able to help me get my student loans fully sorted. Paige and Mark were very helpful and responsive to my questions along the way. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future when it's time to get a home away from home. Thank you!

  Do not recommend-- poor communication + unprofessional. I was told that by closing on my refinance by the end of March 2021, I would get my escrow amount back, which would be in the $6-7k range. On March 2nd, I provided all necessary information for final underwriting approval other than 2 items: 1) a request for detailed financial information regarding the business I own (even after I provided profit & loss statements as well as tax forms) 2) a statement explaining how I could possibly live in one state but have a business address in another After seeing question 2, which seemed like common sense, I was very concerned with the underwriter's competency level. And because of this, I was cautious about that person's ability to make any type of informed, rational decision about my refinancing by looking at detailed business records that I didn't think they would understand. So, I asked for an explanation from Mark while also acknowledging that I'm happy to provide this information once an explanation is given. If this was simply a 'check-the-box' request, that should've been easy enough to tell me over email. Instead, I was told he would call me that day or the next. He never did. I followed up on March 9, and on the 11th I got a reply saying he could call me that day, to which I replied to 32 minutes later saying I was available all afternoon. We never spoke. On March 24, I followed up again. After just leaving the hospital from having a baby, my reply was delayed until the next evening. But I never heard from him again. At the end of the day on March 31, I emailed Mark and said I'd like to cancel my refinancing since I wouldn't be receiving the $6-7k escrow return because of the unnecessary delays. I never received any reply to that email, let alone an apology or attempt to repair the situation - just silence. They are supposed to be the experts, leading the process and reaching out to the customer. But instead, I was forced to send multiple follow-up emails as I juggled a newborn (which he was aware of) with this slipping the top of my mind. Trying to schedule a call by sending an email is fine if you actually call when you say you will, and if it doesn't work out for whatever reason, then you pick up the phone and try until you get ahold of that person, or at least left messages- none of which happened.
