  My first encounter with Yvette Cannon was through the introduction of my Realtor, eight years ago. She has never disappointed and has been consistent in the service she renders. As someone who've initially gone through two flawless mortgage financing processes with Yvette Cannon, she was my first and only choice, for navigating this extremely tedious process a third time. As usual, when contacted, she was immediately ready to help: answering and asking questions, offering advice in preparation for the process, or informing of the process. She was also easily accessible and prompt in returning calls, which served well for questions that were missed in the initial interaction. Ms. Cannon is the consummate professional, relative to all three of my mortgage financing experiences: she was extremely reliable, prompt in following up, efficient, transparent, respectful, patient and very organized; versed in/knowledgeable of her duties, with great attention to details. In essence, based on my three experiences with the company, it was apparent that the aspects of the financing process that Yvette engaged in, were thoroughly executed, and left little or possibly no room for an incomplete process on her part; she was that thorough. Even with the limitations caused by the pandemic, Yvette's reliability and efficiency were still apparent. Her passion in executing her duties and reliability never waned. She was very accommodating in ensuring the timeliness of the mortgage financing process. Without reservation, I'd recommend her; especially if it's your first experience in the home-buying process.

  Mortgage Network, Inc., is an excellent company to secure a home loan. Hope Mortgage and her team are warm, patient and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to help you and are always available to answer questions even when the loan process is done. They made my experience memorable in a good way. I recommend this company.

  Yvette and Mortgage Network made my experience as a first time buyer easy and smooth.
