  Doug is a very helpful and friendly mortgage expert! He made the whole experience of buying a home as painless as possible when it came to the loan process. Every time I had a question, he took the time to patiently explain it to me, in such a way that I always felt comfortable during the whole process.   Steve Ware was phenomenal at helping us get thru the process of purchasing our home. He is very knowledgeable and always went extra for us in any way he could.   We closed on our 3rd home through Mortgage Master's on May 11th, nearly two weeks ealier than orginally anticipated. They did an incredible job helping us navigate through challanges faced as a ''self employed'' borrower, and Doug Kent worked diligently in the beginning to help us overcome some obstacles, as well as to get a few things in order. All of the staff at MM, from Sandi, Freda, and Heather were extremely helpful and patient with us along the way. Most importantly we were treated like people and not just another file. Through multiple transactions, and by hearing it from industry professionals; I have come to understand that having a pre-qualification or approval with the Mortgage Master's name on it gives your offer alot more credbility, especially in this crazy market.   I would like to say this message is way over due, and I apologize for posting late. We first went through a couple of banks prior to calling Mortgage Masters. We got the run around and no one was listening to what we were looking for. Until we heard about Mortgage Masters. First we would like to say thank you to Felipe Ramos (Loan Officer).The receptionist took our name and contact information. A few minutes later Felipe called back. We told him what type of house we were looking for, the price, and the monthly payments we would like to pay. At that time he asked what was our credit score, income, and how soon we would like to move. He also asked if he can checked the credit reports, and scores to make sure everything is accurate. A couple of days past ,and Felipe explained what we needed to do to help improve our credit score.We listened and followed Felipe instructions from day one, and months went by and we got approved!! He didn't pressure us to trying to get a higher loan, or a bigger houes,etc.. He truly did listened to us. Felipe is respectful, responsible, nice,dedicated, and professional. Jamie and the rest of the staff was great too. Sorry we don't remember everyone names. Again Felipe listened from the beginning to the end of closing time. Mortgage Masters is the best company we ever experienced! Mortgage Masters truly do deserve more than five stars!!
