  I refinanced my house June 2021 and it was literally the EASIEST thing I’ve ever done because these people are awesome. Honesty and patience is what you get and that’s exactly what I needed the first time in 2016. They were so great that I came back in 2021. I can’t recommend them enough!

  Buying a house can be a very stressful experience... and mine was definitely that! But if I had, had anyone other than John Hefty to work through this with me, I don't know if it would have come to fruition. I certainly don't need to go into personal details on everything that went wrong behind the scenes, but will say this. It wasn't only his patience and professionalism that continued to keep my optimism alive, but the fact he was also personable and treated me like a friend as well as a client. So if you're looking for a home mortgage in Northeast Tennessee...

  The loan officer I started working with quit 2 weeks after our initial meeting. My closing docs were handed off to two individuals I never met, they were wrong at the closing. They provided an app that showed a termite inspection, when I closed I was told that I paid everything for the purchase in closing. I received a bill for said termite inspection that was over 90 days past due. When I emailed them to find out why they blamed my realtor. Terrible service, lack of professionalism, first home purchase ruined by incompetence.
