  I just recently bought a house and got a loan through Mortgage Affiliate. It was such a help to have professional know what there doing. The team was great and the Owner Brandon was such a professional and made the process with the bank very smooth. I had no problems through the whole process and even got a great rate on my loan. Recommend to get in touch with them for a loan. Great work!

  I have used Mortgage Affiliates for both refinancing and purchasing homes. Our last purchase was handled by Mike Roache and I cannot say enough good things. He was familiar with our situation and the process was handled with the utmost professionalism. The team definitely took the worry off my back and I felt confident that they were working for the best deal for us. This is definitely a team to keep in your call director !

  Mike and his team were nothing but professionals throughout the entire home buying process. This was my first time using a mortgage broker and boy was I impressed. The entire team was available seemingly 24/7, and would always promptly respond to any dumb questions I had. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate and I felt incredibly comfortable in their competent hands. I will 100% be using them again in the future.

  I live on Long Island, and just bought my first house. My realtor suggested that I use Mike Roche from Mortgage Affiliates of America. I spoke with a few other local banks and mortgage brokers, but I felt the most comfortable with Mike. He made sure that I understood everything the whole way through, and kept saying that “there’s no such thing as a stupid question”. The whole process was smooth and easy, even my attorney said how great this was. I absolutely loved working with Mike and his team. I’m recommending him to all my friends and coworkers.   If I could give more stars I would!! My fiancé and I just closed on a house yesterday, thanks in large part to Mike Roche! He was incredible the entire process! A week right before we were to close our original bank halted all funder but Mike wasted no time and had us all set up and ready to go with a new lender in less than 24 hours(!!) and made everything flow as if nothing had really changed! If you're in the market for a home or a refinance and want someone who will make the process as easy as can be, educates you, gives very valuable input and is VERY honest and open, Mike is your guy! Honestly cannot say enough good things about him and all of Mortgage Affiliates.
