  Financial slavery 2 hours every two weeks to use my account calling Financial services to prove the same transaction is me for 2 years. Didn't have to verify when yall was stealing 120 230 every two weeks out my account 10 minutes before my check deposited now that your not collecting 3000 plus a year I have to ask to use my account and yall still owe me refunds from stealing from my account. Funk cinfed

  Worst decision I ever made. I left a traditional bank for this credit union and they have a lot of cons. The branches don't answer their phones when you call them, they have weird holds on my card for purchases I've made inside my city, you have to call multiple numbers just to settle one issue. The chip doesn't work. It's annoying as hell.

  I do not recommend this institute for banking...at all. This institute withdrew money from my savings account (that I had since I was 13) until my account was completely depleted, they stated the reason behind the depletion was because I did not update my address on my account so they charged me $5 for each returned mail. I never heard of such foolishness! I am completely flabbergasted and disgusted. They stole money from me on a technicality that I was never made aware of when I opened my account. Please do not bank with this institute...they are savages!

  I've been a Cinfed member since 2009 and I've never had a bad experience. Anytime I've ever had any interaction with any Cinfed employee they have always been extremely helpful and courteous. I can never imagine banking anywhere else.

  Atm at roselawn branch never works. Barely any staff available to assist you in person and no answer on the telephone at ANY branch

  Beware of a 30$ charge if you have a dispute on your account. A charge game out yesterday that I didn’t make and now I need to pay 30$, go to a branch and dispute my account. And will just be out 30$ for a charge I didn’t make ?

  This was my first bank at 14 and I've been a member since , im almost 30 now and I never had a bad experience I even know people by name and they know me from my voice when I call .... For years I have even grown a relationship with some .... I personally would like to thank Ms Nancy I know she has spreaded her wings and branched out and Ms shawna from main street ,your hospitality and kindness along w your laughs have made my days ..... Thank you I recommend my institution to anybody

  my name is tamica gordon i have been with cinfed since 2009 and i have had all great experiences when my son was murdered they helped me give him a proper burial so how awesome is that greatttt.

  Recently opened new accounts, and received “Stellar” Service! Highly endorse this Credit Union.... All questions-concerns were answered... Most of all I was Treated like a Human-Being with respect.
