  Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Actually cares about selling the home and puts in the time and effort to get it done. Andy put the home on the market and within a day, there was an offer and when that fell through, another offer was on the home the next day. And before thinking this was just the market, the home was literally located in the middle of no-where Maine. 45 min from Lincoln, 45 min from Houlton. Definitely would recommend Andy and Sheryl!

  Andy is great to deal with. I've worked with Andy both as a buyer and seller and he knows it all, but in a great way. He is able to explain everything to you in a concise and easy to understand way. Cheryl is and was always available to help out and answer any extra questions or issues I had. I wish that all realty companies worked like Andy and Cheryl do. Andy's knowledge of the area is amazing, also, and he is always there to answer and extra questions and help out with recommendations.
