  I contacted Vibha for Mortgage loan, she was very professional and always provided required support so that the loan can be approved without any hiccups on time. She gave me a ballpark figure for the closing amount couple of months before hand which exactly matched the final amount. This demonstrates her commendable knowledge on the financial sector. The best part I like about her that, I didn't have to chase her for the status of the application, she would give timely updates on the same starting from the pre-approval to the closure.   My wife and I just refinance our home from a purchase made just about a year ago and Vibha Singh and one of her Processors (Niru) and they did an AMAZING job in offering us options and communicated extremely well with us every step of the way. We got an even lower rate than expected and will be saving a lot of money. They were very good about showing us how we can do this and kept us well informed as to the next step.   Getting a rate lock within 30 minutes of a signed contract, couple dizzying days of submitting docs and LOE's, but for a self employed file to close in under 30 days, pretty impressive! Thanx Vibha & Niru;)
