  they offered me a low price on some merchandize. not even a quarter of what it was going for on eBay and I was actually going to sell it for that price, after I agreed to the price dudes wife comes in bellyaching and gives me another offer $25.00 lower than what they first offer me so I was like hell no. don't buy or sell anything to monster pawn, eBay is 1000 times better and more legitimate

  Wouldn't even look up what I selling , just offered me a lowball price, then states oh I sold a 12 " sub for 20 this morning, he didn't know the difference between single and dual voice or what the rms was on the subwoofer..

  In the begining years ago i would travel from pontiac,il to come to monster pawn at the old location,but visiting the newer location on main st.,i am disgruntled to find the service is non community friendly, tried to make an honest deal to benefit my fiance,but was met with stubborn associates, causing me never to visit that location again,and furthermore they should keep tally of how much one has spent in each store rather than what you've lost during difficult times, its about serving th local community not being greedy over money loving individuals!!!!!!!,,,,

  This is a very nice store with great quality items. Their gold prices are spot on with the market! If your from out of town this is an excellent place to visit for sure. The staff is very polite and very professional.
