They started with a fantastic commercial mortgage rate and time frame, making it possible for my business to pay off the mortgage before it matured so it would not have to be renewed. Thank you! I also moved my 40 year old business account to them and have been treated fantastic. Rich my business banker is spot on with my business and feelings. I want to thank all the staff from on line banking to the lobby.....you do a very professional friendly customer service.

Randy Phillips1This place is terrible. The app doesn’t work. They need all of our transaction to be by paper check due to the lack of technology. The website is worthless and the staff is clueless. I want away from this place.

Alesha Cody5After setting up my bank account at Monona Bank last week, I knew I made the right choice by going there. Being new to the area, it is hard to decide who you want to trust with your financials. Linda did a wonderful job setting me up with a checking and savings account by providing me with all of the knowledge of what ATMs are free to use and where all of their branches are located. Mary Pomo1They Definitely don't give you a very good first impression. Coldest most unfriendly staff I've dealt with in a long time. No smiles no looking at u no conversations just robot like people working. 1000% going to keep my credit union. Always warm and nice and personable there. Not going back to this bank for a few decades.

jon sisler5Great service and friendly staff. I love the app. It is easy to navigate and if I have any questions, the staff has the knowledge to get me the answer. The staff knows you when you walk in the doors and greets you by name. Keep up the great service.

Tyler Wood1Stay away. I have had two loans with this company, mainly because they were a referral and I appreciated the service they gave me. They didn't have the best rates, but not terrible either. After paying over $25k in interest over the past 6-7 years, I refinanced with someone else as Monona couldn't offer as good a deal and the service from my new lender seemed much better. Upon refinancing, they charged me a $25 fee. I inquired with them because my loan docs said there was no early payoff fee, but said the fee was for "preparation of my payoff amount," which they view as something different. After the amount I paid them, they apparently wanted more. After emailing the VP, she explained what it was for and I questioned it, she didn't respond. No more business for them and I hope everyone stays away.

John Wardale5Great locally operated, friendly, full service bank. Free Sprecker root-beer on tap I the lobby. All the $2-bills you want for only $2 each. (I have no idea how they stay in business with crazy prices like that!)
