  Never had trouble.sometimes us as clients could have a bad mood before we walk in and get testy with others are working.we get pushy when we are in a hurry too.cashiers have to deal with alot everyday,try to understand.thank you, cashiers for being there.

  I love this place all of the staff are professional and friendly. If it is possible to cash a check they will do it for you they know how to do business I recommend this business to anyone who needs to cash a check

  Wow the person on the phone was arguing with me within 10 seconds of my phone call when I simply wanted to know how much they charged for check cashing. Very hostile, very unfriendly, and sounded like she wanted to hustle me based off of how much I had on my check. She finally told me it was 3.5% to cash a check and hung up on me because I wouldn’t drive down there so she could give me a price in the spot.

  This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The ladies that work there are very unpleasant and tend to come across as very short on patience. I went in there to exchange $20 bills for a hundred and they looked at me like I was there to scam them. I thought that was part of the point of why they existed. I'd strongly suggest going just about anywhere besides this location to tend to your business.

  Dear Natasha, It is any financial institution policy not to exchange bills if you are not conducting any transaction. You simply walked in and wanted to exchange a bunch of $20 bills with $100 bills. You are not even a customer of the company. If you have gone to any banks you would have had the same respond unless you had account with them. We gladly offer our customers any sort of bills they need at the time of transaction.

  Dont go here. I couldn't cash my check because I signed it before I went in to cash it. I have never heared of that being a policy anywhere. They also asked why I was there and why I didnt go to my bank. None of your bussniess is why. Ladies working were very judgemental and rude.

  Adrianna, I am sorry you had a bad experience in our office. Unfortunately all financial institutions especially check cashing offices are being abused by many fraudulent activities. We do our best to prevent those activities and have been successful eliminating most of them but not all. In this process we end up rejecting some honest and decent individuals like you. Some customers understand our intention and are patient with us, answering our questions and we end up cashing their checks. New policy of signing the check in the presence of the teller has been enforcing in our office and other financial institutions.

  Very unprofessional and rude service...The lady treated me like a criminal and had no interest in helping me. I'm am a taxpayer and make $70K annually, all I needed was $100 for a couple days. I was going to pay them $17 to borrow a measly $100. I had all of the paper work requirements... I would never recommend this absolute nightmare of a so called business... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE SHADY!! Waste of time

  I cash my paychecks here sometimes. Never had a problem. Service is usually pretty quick unless they're helping someone with something out of the ordinary.

  Nice lady helped me that’s why there are 2 stars but they charged me $17 for a $460 check pretty insane
