  This is the best pawn shop I have ever walked into, I was greeted with a beautiful cheerful smile of a employee name Shay. She was very knowledgeable about everything and made sure I got everything I wanted and asked for. She went over and beyond her job to make sure I was taking great care of and because of her awesome customer service I will be revisiting again. Thank you again Shay

  They sell guns that half work then tell you they have no return policy and will give half the money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

  My experience at Momentum was quick and I got an excellent deal for my items. I would like to give all the credit to Ms. Shay. I was greeted with such a big beautiful smile once entered the store. She helped me find some tools I had been looking for and gave me excellent customer service. I appreciate her so much!

  A friend recommended i get a second assessment on a box of jewelry i had collected over the years and i am so glad i did. The gentleman who helped me really took his time with me and actually taught me a lot about the details and materials of my jewelry. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you I will be back.

  Made a couple calls to find the item I was looking for they had it and the service on N.State street was smh can’t speak enough good grace,and Ms Jessica,I got chicken wings and drinks for you when ever you ready.

  I had issues all around town trying to get a pressure washer that was quality and suitable to my budget. Not only did Momentum have a wide selection, the customer service was very hospitable from, I believe her name was Shay. Thanks Momentum, and you have my service

  Momentum Pawn in Jackson is my favorite place to buy TVs, jewelry, tools, guns, more tools, etc! Why pay more when you can get whatever you might need at a much lower price? Great sales staff and multiple locations. Wonderful stores!
