      I called to follow up on a loan application that I have been waiting to hear back from someone/ . Anyone for over 3 days now. Only to rudely be told ALL of the loans officers are on Vacation.. ALL of them.. Customer service is unprofessional and rude... this place need to get it together , customer service need more training before you lose potential customers

      I tried to get a loan with this company and never received a call back regarding if it went through or not which I thought was unprofessional and very rude....apparently it didn’t go through, so I guess I will be getting a letter in the mail which is good enough from them...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

      If you call when they're swamped they just leave you on hold pretty much until you hang up (I have experienced and witnessed this). Attempted to apply for a loan and the loan rep was rude and not helpful at all. She seemed annoyed and bothered whenever contact was made. Called about issues logging in and call wasn't returned. I thought it would be a good idea to join this credit union but now I'm not so sure I made the right choice.
