  It was a great experience working with George and his team. I have worked with about a dozen hard money investors, from private lenders to large companies. MoFin is a good combination of having the speed and more flexible lending parameters of a small company, with the organization of a larger company. I would recommend working with them

  Incredible company! Just refinanced 5 properties with MOFIN and I could not be more happy with the service. I have been a part of close to 100 transactions in the past 4 years, all with various lenders, and MoFin was by far the easiest I have ever worked with.

  I own a title company and work with a lot of lenders. Most of our transactions involve real estate investors, and their lenders can often be difficult to work with. Not true at all with MoFin, and the transaction we just handled had the added wrinkle of multiple buyers both using 1031s. Everything was ready on time (and with enough time we didn't have to rush), and it's a nice contrast to some or other lenders, like for example one that has delayed three closings set for today (different parties) because they weren't ready, and I'd recommend you give them a look if you are looking for a lender.

  MoFin does the Impossible! Outstanding group of people! Local New Yorkers that worked with us to close deals in St Louis, MO! During Christmas 2020 and with Covid slowing down the country, the MoFin Team closed our deal in ~30days!
