  Mister Loan (Jim) is an amazing lender and person. He worked tirelessly with my husband and I to get us into the home of our dreams. He took the time to explain things to us homebuyer newbies, gave honest opinions, and even met with us the night before Thanksgiving when we were interested in a condo in Newburyport.   He is one of the BEST banker I have personally ever come across. From the onset he made the entire process crystal clear, never made any false promises, took time to talk, when ever I called, explained the details, went over the paperwork, Proactively giving feedback and kept me in loop for all the development on each step. And on the closing day, he drove all the way from his office to meet, was one of the best gestures I have ever experienced. I would strongly recommend him.

  There are plenty of lenders but Jim is different! Jim really does take the time to explain everything, and in a way you can understand it and go into this process educated. From his check list (thank you!) at the beginning to the end he is there for you. He really does become a "friend" who can lend!
