  I have been going to the sullivan location for a long time, Beth and Melissa are so wonderful to work with. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. They make the process hassle-free! Definitely recommend!

  Melissa went above and beyond to help me. The whole process was easy!! She was kind and made me feel comfortable. Getting a loan is never fun or necessarily something someone wants to do. I greatly appreciated her professionalism.

  I came in and was asking what type of loans they offered and details of them all Melissa was the only one working and was more then happy to go through the options and processes with me. Was very polite and understanding of what ones would be best for our family. I need to get one in the future I will only work with her because she does her job like professional loan officer and didn’t cast judgement. Thank you Melissa for your help.

  We thought we were going to need a loan a while back, the girl working in the office, I believe her name is Melissa, was AMAZING! She walked us through what we would need and answered all of my probably crazy questions about every last detail. She really knew her info! If we end up actually needing the loan, we would definitely be back to see her and only her. The man that was in there at the time, can’t remember his name was a joke. Not paying attention while she was trying to train him working through our questions. Wouldn’t consider going back there if it wouldn’t have been for her.

  I have to say, I been running this Branch since 11/13/18, I have grown to love my Customer’s. I do my job accordingly to the company policy. I apologize if policy isn’t what was followed in the past. Come in see me, let’s get the money you need!
