  Joe was very RUDE person, Joe has no customer service skills at all. we drove 30 minutes he told us to bring our stuff into his office, and we got there we waited for 25 minutes,, and we went up to his desk and he look at us, and said he needs all the hard copy of the documents, and we had it all in the email, Per Joe said we have to go to Library and print them off, because you cant use my print , and i said if you could have told me to bring a hard copy , and i would have print it from my house and it is 30 minutes away , and Per Joe said, If you dont like that there is other places to go , and we said it doesnt seem like you want our business so we left and took my Corvette to Title Loans, and Got a 10,000 Loan they were professional. I would not Recommend Missouri Title Loans Joe is the rude person we ever meet .....

  I would highly recommend going to go and see Ashley and Joe for a title loan. They are easy to work with you. I would never go any other place but there. They act like they have know you forever just like family.
