  I had fallen behind and had a payday loan credit counseling company yo tell me to close my account and not pay them. When I talked to Tawana about it she told me she had not heard of the company and that she had not had them to contact her. In short it was a scam. Tawana called me and said just come in and we'll work out how to get you back on track. She saved my " credit life'". Thank you for caring. There are people who still have a heart.

  Went to get a payday loan. Brought every document listed as required on their website and then some. Met every requirement listed. My bank statement listed a PAYMENT I made to an installment loan over a month ago. Because that was listed on my statement, they would not give me a loan. It should be listed on their account that if you have ever had another loan you must provide proof it was paid off in full. I have one off day per week and no car, so I spent multiple hours of public transit and walking to get there only to be let down.
