  So sick of the 0 accountability customer service from this bank. The loan officers and rates are great however I'm not sure that it's worth constantly fighting over access to my own money. The phone reps are rude. There is no 24hr phone system, they claim 24hr banking witch is only true if you want to use the atm for small amounts of money or check your balance on-line. Dealing with this bank remotely is a nightmare. I would avoid it.

  Spoke with a rep earlier this morning in regards to being a victin of a scam where money was stolen from me. Representative came off as annoyed and bothered by my questions. When I attempted to ask questions she spoke over with me in the tone an angry parent uses with their kids. I'll be sure to avoid this location in the future. The second my car is paid off, I'll be closing this account and discontinuing any future business with Missouri Credit Union. My previous interactions with them have been great. Touche mam

  The teller I talked to yesterday was rude and treated me like I'm dumb. She told me they couldn't cash my check. When I told her all the other branches do, she got rude. Will never return to this branch.

  They are very friendly and helpful. Their drive through has the capability to read the chip on cards.
