  I do not recommend this place whatsoever! They claim to do at home online remote loans which is completely false, they made me wait all day long when I had one scheduled and then told me that night that they couldn't come out after I took the day off and was waiting 4 hours and hours. They then told me that I could come into the store so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I still went into the store the following day with my license and title in hand which is exactly what they told me to bring . Upon arrival at the store the lady that was working named Jennifer was extremely rude and obviously hadn't been trained in any type of customer service role, she started grilling me on the questions that I had already answered to receive the loan and kept telling me to stand back farther than 6 ft when I had no intention of ever getting up close to her. I don't know what did it but something made her mad and she made me drive home and turn me down for a loan because my title said my name and my license said my name but my license said that I am the second whereas my title doesn't say on the second but it has the same name and address. So even after her first phone call to a boss that told her to follow through with the loan, she took it upon herself to call another boss who may or may not have told her not to do it. I found this to be extremely rude and some of the worst business ethic I've dealt with, even if it was a policy you could have done a little research to find out who's truck that is or to find out at least it's not my dad's. So if you are looking for a title loan company or a loan company in general I would advise you to not deal with these people because they will give you the run-around they'll do anything to get you up to the store, the LIE and waste your time with no care about how it impacts you. I've had great luck with Approved Cash and Title Max in the past, that's where I'll be going tomorrow and I recommend you do the same.
