  this bank will rob you blind with overdraft fees of $30.00 and they do not ever refund your money for any reason. Criminals Do not use overdraft coverage with this bank

  Thomas, we are you had a poor experience with overdraft protection. It exists as a service so our members are not declined when purchasing products. We encourage all of our members to track and monitor their spending via our mobile app or online banking. We hope to see you again soon.

  This place has the worst customers services skills. You have to set and wait forever to be waiting on just make sure that you have Netflix on your phone or bring a hot lunch with you because you will be waiting for awhile.

  As a member you would expect to get a loan. But no, considering the money used is some of the money you have on deposit. They are Not loyal to their Members. When applying for a loan, note they go back approximate 10 years for some of their Members.

  Gettin off work in process of purchasing my items & merchandise I get declined & tryin too resolve this issue with YESNDEED money on account CMON gotta do better gotta be more efficient on fixing your problems instead of making it ours....BUT NO ANSWER !!!!!!!

  They never answer the phone. I have been calling for weeks and no answer. And the one time I did get someone on the phone they took my info and never called back. Very bad service.

  I can not get anyone to answer the phone. This problem needs to be fixed, it is extremely frustrating to not be able to get issues solved quickly!!!!!
