Without notifying me the place a credit only status on my account. I cannot withdraw amy funds. It Is Saturday and I have no access to my money until Monday. How can a bank do this?

Horrible customer service! I have been w the bank w many years never causing any trouble. The one time I did have trouble I was treated like i was at fault when I was the victim of a scam! I closed my account and went to Regions at least they know how to treat a customer! !

My husband just came home venting about how HORRIBLE this bank is. I will be calling and complaining and escalating if necessary. Something needs to change, he hates going there.

Poor customer service I was greeted nice by some and others with a fake smile I set waiting to open an account for 30mins but no help I walked out ,it was somebody to help me but he just sit at his desk on computer and phone never walked out to see if I needed help I walked out never going back here
