  Good friends of mine recommended me to Ken after he helped them purchase their first home. When I first talked to him, he was great. Answered every question and got me everything I needed to submit a offer. That offer was not accepted so I kept looking. He then started taking days to reply, if he replied at all. My realtor called to speak with him and he was very short with her and not helpful at all. After that, he never reached out to see if I needed anything. I also didn’t contact him after that. You would think if a client hasn’t contacted you in a while he would reach out, but I have never heard from him since. Based on my short lived experience with Ken, I would not recommend.
