  MiMutual had outstanding customer service. Kathy was super responsive, always got back to me quickly, and helped me through the entire refinancing process start to finish. She explained everything clearly and patiently answered all the questions I had, and gave me info I needed to decide whether 30-, 20- or 15-year replayment made sense for me. The whole process was much easier and quicker than I expected.

  Aaron was outstanding! He provided very clear instructions for everything, was very responsive to communications and was there to assist with any snags. When anything came up, all I had to do was send an email and he took care of it. Would highly recommend for a home purchase or refinancing.
