  Highly recommend Matt Truman as he was: very helpful, patient and treats you like a family member making sure you are taken care of. He also made sure the process is simple and not complicated! It was so easy to work with him as all of the communication was done via email and did not have to go in person to meet or provide paperwork. The process getting refinance home was so QUICK! If you need to purchase or refinance, he is the one to work with! I definitely will use him again in the future! Thank you, Matt for all you do!

  My loan officer was very pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions and provided options. He was very quick to respond. Working with him made the loan process a breeze. I would highly recommend Dick Harbin with Town Bank Mortgage. In my opinion he is one of the best out there.

  I met Mike 15 years ago when he helped me with the loan of my first house, and because of his hard work and dedication, I asked him to help me again with the purchase of my new house. I had a tight timeline to get things done in order to settle the same day I moved out of my house.   I truly believe that Maria Foster went above and beyond her duties as a lender to help make my dream of owning a home come true!! fter given an unrealistic budget through a homebuying program, Maria was recommended to me. Not only was I approved for a higher budget, but Maria worked HARD for me since day 1. There were many hiccups and obstacles in the last few months of the process, but Maria not managed to overcome them to make things work, but she always came back with something 10x better!!!
