  “Very Bad” rating from me. I’ve called many times in the past month, to speak to the Manager, and they tell me he’s in a meeting, he’ll call me back. I’m still waiting.....I supervised a PA , Dept of Labor and Ind Agency for 14 yrs, covering 4 Counties, and your local bank manager is too busy to call me back..??? Sounds like he’s well protected there, in his local bank. Tom Dow, District 18 Chaplain, American Legion, PA.....and I cover 5 Counties...Amen

  I know someone who was working here. She got COVID, and was quite sick for several weeks. She came back to work for FOUR days and then they chose to fire her at the END of a shift. These people are despicable, awful people to work for.

  Incredible service, great people, extremely knowledgable staff. I've worked for some of the largest banks in the world. Milton Savings Bank has the best " attention to the customer" ever!! Thank you MSB !

  One very outstanding bank with employees who actually care. been doing business with Milton Savings Bank since 1989 and have never had a complaint. Outstanding service all around.

  Truly a horrible establishment, it reminds me of a reality show when I walk in all the employees sit and whisper and talk about you directly to you face. You're treated as if you're actual dirt. They all break confidentiality and talk about your assets outside and within the bank. Move your money elsewhere

  Pleasant people, online banking, nice place, mini events sometimes like free hotdog cookout make you feel appreciated.

  Staff is rude and clearly love to gossip about their customers. Would not recommend.
