  I give James and Milo Credit 5 stars. James was amazing during this process. He was reassuring, loyal, hardworking, and fast. He got everything done in a matter of 3 weeks. Milo Credit made this process so easy. We tried for months with different lenders and no one could accomplish what Milo Credit accomplished, it was an easy going process and we didn't have to stress about writing documents and answering emails all day long.   Very smooth process! This was the quickest approval in 12 years I am doing a real estate investing and easiest closing that happened online. I did not have to go to the embassy this time :). The only negative issue was the interest hike in during the process, but I got a closing fees reduction to partially compensate for that.

  They gave me easy pre approval letter then they start to ask for things not mentioned at the application. I solve problem I got another and nothing was mentioned at the start and result l will lose my earnest money and my inspection fee and my deal.

  Hi Hanan, we apologize for the inconvenience and communicated that unfortunately the property you selected to purchase is below our minimum for financing. Our initial pre-approvals provide you with details on how much you can afford, not a final commitment to lend without having any details of the property or transaction. We suggest you contact the seller to request your earnest money back if you cannot get financing elsewhere since its only been a few days.

  I applied for several loans with Milocredit while being in Europe. It was very easy to work with this lender and both the loan approval and funding were processed quickly. They are very responsive and I highly recommend them.

  My dream came true!!!! I’ve always wanted my own house in Miami. It used to be my dream when I was in Argentina, and Milo made it happen! The process was easy, I completed everything online, everybody was supper helpful and supportive during the process and now I’ve a house at the beach! I’m so thankful and yes, I will recommend Milo for sure! 🙌

  For anyone whose looking to get a home loan and is having hard time through banks or if you are foreign national in need of USA home loan look no further !!!   As a Canadian looking for investments in the US, it was difficult acquiring a mortgage. Milo was not only able to complete my mortgage transaction but they did it within 30 days.
