  The absolute BEST!! Mike made this the easiest process from start to finish. He was always available, and took the time to explain each document requested from me. Mike worked incredibly fast, got me a competitive rate, and just really impressed us with his knowledge of the industry and loan process. His team set us up with a great attorney.   I am not a person who regularly writes reviews, but Mike was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, available, and worked with me in any way he could to ensure I was mortgage ready. Mike was quick and on top of it. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and Mike took the time to answer them thoughtfully and clearly. He knows his stuff and is great at what he does. He followed-up when he said he would and built a unique relationship of trust with me. He even took the time to tell me about the area I was looking to buy as I am originally from out-of-state, and even recommended my realtor. He was my rock throughout a strenuous process, and I am grateful to have worked with him.

  Three mortgages in 2 years, Financial Equities and especially Mike were hands down, the best experience I've had to date. From our first conversation, I was given clear expectations of documents to gather, the potential for additional information requests, and a general timeline of when i could expect my loan to be approved. Applying for a loan as a self employed couple posed challenges that Mike and his team seemed very familiar with, and helped us stay ahead of the lenders requests for additional documentation, thereby keeping our loan approval on schedule. Don't waste your time with other lenders who pass you off to back-office representatives and delay your loan with communication lags, and lack of experience leaving you in a potentially bad and stressful situation. Mike was in direct communication regularly (even weekends), made it incredibly easy to send everything online, and got the loan we thought may be impossible done, on time, with a great rate. We cannot thank Mike enough and his team enough!!!! .
